inothernews: Um… there’s a billboard in Manhattan on which a photo either smiles or frowns depending on the number of :-) and :-( emoticons appearing on Twitter. This sounds like the stuff of nightmares — especially if it’s right outside someone’s bedroom window. Also, maybe it’s because of stuff like this that Twitter is currently valued at $8 billion.
